Northwest Indiana already has the people, leadership, facilities, equipment, resources and organizations capable of doing extraordinary things. The problem is that too often, we meet each other during the crisis instead of before it.

The Northwest Indiana Community Network connects organizations across the region year-round so relationships, capabilities and resources are already known when opportunities, community needs or serious emergencies arise.

Northwest Indiana already has the people, leadership, facilities, equipment, resources and organizations capable of doing extraordinary things. What we haven't had is one place connecting that capability before we need it.

The Northwest Indiana Community Network connects public safety, nonprofits, veteran organizations, businesses, churches, healthcare, schools and community groups year-round—supporting partner events, nonprofit missions, community causes and serious community needs.

No organization gives up its identity. No department gives up its authority. No partner is obligated to respond.

WHY THIS NETWORK EXISTS

The capability already exists in Northwest Indiana.

Public safety agencies, nonprofits, veteran organizations, churches, businesses, healthcare providers, schools, civic organizations and community groups already serve our region every day.

The challenge is connection.

Too often, organizations doing good work operate in separate lanes and first learn what others can provide when a major need or crisis is already underway.
