Request Support

If you or someone you know needs support, we are here to help.

Veterans Against Diabetes reviews support requests to identify practical ways we may be able to help or connect people with appropriate community resources. Available assistance depends on current resources, partners, eligibility, location, and the nature of the request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. If this is an emergency, call 911. If you are experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Use this page to tell us what is happening and what kind of support may be needed. VAD will review the request, determine whether it falls within our mission and current capabilities, and identify possible next steps

Requests are reviewed and not guaranteed. Submission does not promise immediate assistance. Please share as much detail as you are comfortable providing so we can better understand the situation.
